The atmosphere of the interview and selection process for candidates joining the NYK’s Cadet Program 2026 was filled with enthusiasm, attracting participation from five leading institutions as follows:

1. Kasetsart University
2. Burapha University
3. Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya
4. Merchant Marine Training Center, Marine Department
5. Asian Maritime Technological College (AMCOL)

In this selection round, only 18 candidates who passed the theoretical examination were invited to continue to the interview stage, from which only 3 finalists will be selected. This marks another important step toward a professional career at sea.
