Prima Marine PCL Group and Songkhla Petroleum Terminal, together with PTT Oil and Retail Business PCL, participated in a water pollution prevention exercise focused on (Oil Spill) response. The goal was to enhance preparedness and ensure an effective emergency response in the event of an incident. The exercise also aimed to build confidence among surrounding communities and strengthen collaboration between the petroleum terminal, local agencies, hospitals, and relevant organizations during emergencies. This drill received cooperation from more than 19 participating such as the Marine Department, the Songkhla Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, the Office of Natural Resources and Environment, and community leaders, etc. agencies from various sectors, helping to test the effectiveness of the response plan, inspect equipment, and train personnel in incident control and minimizing potential impacts.
