Annual Crew Conference, on 20-21 November 2025, at the Dusit Princess Srinakarin Hotel. Senior executives attended to share the organization's policies, vision, and direction. Three speakers were also honored on the first day:

1. Captain Theerapol Prapakorn, Vice President, Refinery Movement and Dispatching, PTT Global Chemical PLC
2. Mr. Bamrungkiat Thongkam Senior Marine Technical Advisor Thailand & Vietnam
3. Miss Benchawan Chaisaeng, a psychological process facilitator, gave lectures, shared experiences, and provided knowledge on a variety of important issues.

The objective was to enhance knowledge, understanding, and standards of collaboration regarding safety, compliance, and the consistent communication of the company's policies and directions throughout the fleet. It also provided a forum for crew members from various fields to meet, exchange experiences, and jointly develop work practices to increase efficiency and safety while enhancing professionalism and fostering a strong and sustainable collaborative system.
