The training session “BREAKDOWN CONTROL & COMMERCIAL CONCERNS, NOTICE OF READINESS AND VOYAGE INSTRUCTION” was organized to enhance knowledge and understanding in managing operational breakdowns and process failures. The program presented comprehensive approaches to control measures, risk management, commercial concerns, as well as detailed procedures regarding the Notice of Readiness (NOR) and Voyage Instruction.
