The training program “Expert Masterclass: How to Prevent an Incident / Incident Investigation & Regulatory Developments and Industry Impact” was organized to enhance in-depth knowledge of accident prevention, incident investigation, and monitoring regulatory changes along with their impact on the industry. The event was honored by the presence of three distinguished speakers, each possessing extensive hands-on experience in their respective fields.
During the session, Captain Teerapol Praphakorn, Vice President of Refinery Movement & Dispatching at PTT Global Chemical PLC, shared strategic perspectives on risk management and incident prevention in real operational processes. He emphasized the importance of a strong safety culture and the preparedness of personnel at all levels. Meanwhile, Mr. Ratcharoj Ngamchueachit, Senior Surveyor (Class ABS), and Mr. Attapol Saensuk, Surveyor (Class ABS), provided insights into regulatory changes and new requirements affecting the maritime and energy industries, along with analyses of emerging trends and potential impacts that organizations should be prepared to address in the future.
