Our Town Hall Meeting 2/2026 was filled with energy and active participation from employees, both in personand online.

The meeting was led by Mr. Prompong Chaisrisawatsuk, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), who shared the company's strategic direction andorganizational goals, while also providing updates on business performance across all key areas. This ensured that everyone was informed of the company's progress, achievements, and the roadmap for moving forward together.

In addition, executives and representatives from everydepartment presented their operational plans and key priorities for the second half of the year. These presentations helped align understanding across the organization and ensured that all teams are workingtoward the same goals with a shared direction.

Another highlight of the event was the open forum, where employees were encouraged to share their opinions, ask questions, and provide feedback. Thisreflected our commitment to fostering a culture of opencommunication, transparency, and employeeengagement.
